AnyRail 6 is a software that allows you to build and design your own track plans, including multiple libraries for track (HO, N, G, OO, T, Z, Slot car, 1:1 and more), buildings for multiple scales and more! It is a very clean software with a nice user interface and easy to work with when making your layout. The only downside is that it seems to only be for Windows machines and may not work on Mac unless you have a virtual machine or something of the like on your mac.
In this series, we will be using AnyRail 6 to create a track plan for an HO scale model railway. In this first video, we will discuss our general ideas for the layout and show you how to get started with AnyRail. In the next video, we will build the initial layout based on our room size and provide some other basic information.
